Welcome to Champ3D! Champ3D ("we", "us", or "our") hereby reminds our users ("user" or "you") to read and understand this Terms & Conditions ("this Agreement"). This is a legal agreement between you and Champ3D which governs your use of Champ3D and its Services therein and any other related website or online offering whether accessed via a computer or a mobile device or through any other manner or means (collectively, the "Services").
For proper use of Champ3D and its Services, please read carefully and fully understand this Agreement herein before your use of Champ3D, especially the Disclaimers, Limitation of Liabilities, Privacy Policy, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
I. Acceptance of this Agreement
By clicking on the “sign up” or “sign in” button and/or accessing or using the Champ3D and its Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Champ3D reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly checking for any changes. If you continue to access or use the Champ3D Services, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the updated Agreement.
II. Eligibility
Our products, websites, and services are primarily aimed at adults. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age considered as an "adult" in your jurisdiction), you must get permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account on Champ3D and use the Services.
III. Your Account
Certain features or services offered through the Services require you to create an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Champ3D cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You represent and warrant that your User Content (including PCB designs, 3D CAD data, and drawings), your Order, and the production, shipping, or use of the goods:
- Does not contain any weapons. “Weapons” are broadly defined as firearms, firearm component parts, ammunition, or items with an arms-like appearance.
- Does not infringe any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent, design rights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
- Does not contain illegal or offensive content, including defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
If Champ3D discovers any violation, we may terminate your Order and delete relevant data without liability. Champ3D reserves the right to reject any use of our Site that violates this policy.
V. Export Control & Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export, import, and cross-border trade laws and regulations. You certify that your data does not include "Export Controlled Data" related to national security or military products. You represent that you will not export or transfer any products received from Champ3D to any destination or person prohibited by law.
VI. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Service Accuracy: While we strive for precision, the process of manufacturing (PCB, 3D printing, etc.) is complex. Champ3D does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Production Issues: Issues such as missing quantity or minor defects may occur. In such cases, Champ3D may provide refunds for missing items but will not be liable for consequential damages or the cost of the entire project.
- User Data: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Champ3D will process orders based on your provided files and is not responsible for design errors.
VII. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, in our sole discretion, without cause or notice, or if we believe you have breached these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
VIII. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using Champ3D, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.
